VoicemailFonoMail incorporates a highly customizablevoicemail system of up to 1000 confidentialmailboxes. A variety of message notificationmethods are available and each mailboxowner is able to hear, erase and forwardhis/her messages from any DTMF phone.Users can also change the password and mail-box greeting, or activate the RemoteNotification and Do Not Disturb functions.Each mailbox allows for several unique per-sonalized greeting messages which can beactivated according to pre-programmedschedules and conditions.

Unified MessagingWith the TCP/IP interface, FonoMail usershave unified messaging capabilities. They canlisten to their messages via their voicemailbox, or they can listen to them using a stan-dard media player on their PC. FonoMailsends the audio message(s) to the emailprogram as an attachment, so users just haveto click on the attachment to play the audio file.Since the FonoMail is compatible with allmajor e-mail systems, it is very simple to setup and appears on the network as a regularworkstation.

With FonoMail’s unified messaging all userscan delete or forward messages and managetheir mailbox via any PC. In addition, notifica-tion lamps are automatically turned off when amessage is read. These advanced featuresare provided by the Greco PC software thatis delivered free with every FonoMail unit.

Auto AttendantFonoMail can be used as a standalone autoattendant or to provide overflow support for a switchboard operator. When the call isanswered, a greeting message is played pre-senting the caller with a selection of options.They can transfer to a department (extensiongroup), to a dial-by-name directory (wherecallers can type the first 3 letters of the exten-sion owner’s name), or to an extension. If the“Call Screening” feature is activated, the callermust give his/her name and the extensionowner may choose to accept or reject the call. Ifthe call is rejected, or not answered, the caller isgiven the choice to leave a message in a confi-dential mailbox, contact another extension, orbe transferred to the operator. FonoMail alsoallows you to schedule your business hours andspecial holiday dates for different menus inadvance.

Music-On-HoldFonoMail can setup ports as a basic music-on-hold source, playing messages and music toentertain and inform callers while they waiton-hold. Productions can be e-mailed to the unitwhich simplifies message management forsingle or multi-site environments.

Windows GUIFonoMail has a powerful windows-based GUIinterface that makes it easy to customizeapplications for specific end-users.

Caller StatisticsFonoMail provides a variety of statistics regard-ing the frequency with which callers select thedifferent options (for example: the number ofmessages left, the number of calls attended bythe automatic attendant, the number of callsabandoned, etc.) These statistics may bepresented numerically or graphically, then e-mailed automatically to a system administrator.

Message NotificationFonoMail can provide message notification tousers in three ways, via a lamp on the usersphone, as an attachment in the users PC emailsystem or via a phone display message.
