RISK FACTOR / INTERVENTION

Recommended Resolution - Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.This deficiency must be corrected within a maximum of 10 days.Observations and Corrective Actions - Ice machine needs to be cleaned and sanitized. Slime build-upobserved on the lip of the drop-down area.
