After the �rst month as you decide how you want to cycle in and out of ketosis you can utilize some of these. Be Careful with these Foods in Moderation as too much of these can throw you out of ketosis. Everyone responds a bit di�erently but best to avoid having more than ½-1 cup of all of these foods together per day. It may be better for you to rotate in ½ -1 cup of these every 3rd day or limit it to once a week.
