our in-house event coordinator can work with you to create the perfect menu for your holiday party, birthday party or corporate function.

Our upper room at our Coney Island location is beautifully appointed and features a

separate bar, spectacular French doors at the rear, providing natural light during the day and enhancing the atmosphere at night. Flat-screen televisions and Wi-Fi allow you to manage business needs or enhance a party with presentations or

videos. Separate lighting, music, and temperature controls ensure all your needs are met. If you prefer, our restaurant may be reserved for your group function.

For large parties, you may also reserve the entire restaurant, or the upper- floor of the dining room for private or semi-private space.

Our Restaurant has all the features that can help make your corporate or private

event a success. Listed below are the features that are available for and during your event.

Rental Rental Fee for parties of 18 plus is $300 per hour on Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday

through Thursday the Rental Fee is $200 per hour. This does not include the price of food,

gratuity, or taxes. Rental fee is required for parties 18+.

We also offer a Pre-fixe option for non-renting parties of 18+. This includes a $45 per

person 3 course meal and a 3 hour maximum. **Dessert in 3 course meal can be

substituted for Beer or Wine**

When renting the space we give unlimited Soda and Non-homemade juice.

Discounts are given by Management only.

Parties of 18 or less are not required to rent the space with a pre - fix menu. However, the

space will not be reserved to the parties alone.

Maximum number of persons the space can accommodate is 50 for a dinner party in Coney Island with the balcony included during the Summer/Spring (weather permitting). Without

General Information and Policies

To ensure your function is executed properly and all invited guests enjoy our hospitality and service, we ask that you keep the

agreement and terms negotiated with Footprints Café.

Payments and Deposits

Payments for all functions must be made in accordance with catering policies. We accept debit cards, cash, money orders and

credit cards.

Guarantees

The Manager must be notified of the exact number of persons to be catered for not later than three working days before the

event. In the event a guaranteed number is not received prior to five days of the function the first given number will be used to

determine the cost and amount to be charged. Any additional guest attending a function above the number given will incur the

additional charge per person previously agreed.

Guests Does and Don'ts

Guests will not be allowed to bring any food, beverages, or alcohol on the premises. There should be no drinking of

beverages or alcohol or eating at the front of or the entrance of the restaurant. Smoking at the entrance is prohibited.

Cancellations

If the customer cancels the event three days or less before the function, the deposit will be used for services rendered, and is

non- refundable.

Portion Sizes

Portion sizes for some items may vary from dining room service portions. . If you would like information regarding exact

quantities, please do not hesitate to ask our manager.

Catering Contract

1. In the event patron cancels or otherwise breaches this agreement, Caterer shall keep the retainer and/or any reasonable out-

of-pocket expenses incurred by Caterer of deposit for damages. A schedule of cancellation charges follows:

2. Any balance due will be paid in cash, money order or debit card or credit card. Seven days before the start time of function.

3. In the event that the caterer must seek legal remedies to complete execution of this contract, the client agrees to pay all

reasonable attorney fees.

4. Footprints reserves the right to substitute items that may become unavailable in the open market or that exceed reasonable

market costs. Caterer will notify patron for approval if time allows.

5. Footprints and/or its agents will not be liable for any damage to property entrusted to its employees, for the loss of any

property by theft or otherwise. Patron assumes responsibility for any damages to any property rented to patron that may be

caused by patrons, members, guests or invitees.

Payments must be made in full 3 days before function. Orders made within 3 days of function must be paid in cash at the store

unless previously approved by management.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No modifications or cancellations thereof shall be valid

nor of any force effect unless in writing signed by the Caterer. The undersigned acknowledges that he/she has read and

accepted all the terms of this CATERING AGREEMENT and hereby execute this Agreement on this day:
