DESIGNED FOR INDUSTRIAL USE
Polar Proven Protection: The technology in our removableliner footwear has been tested at both the North and South Poles. Our footwear performs in those extreme environments. The multi-layer inner boot system creates a comfortable environment for your foot to retain heat and block out cold. Body moisture is wicked away by a Hydromax II layer and combined with a B-Tek four channel hollow fibre layer to act
as a moisture control system. This keeps the foam dry and funnels water vapour out of the boot, as opposed to felt packs used in other boots that compress over time and retain water. Our Thermoplush is a chamois leather-like material that feels remarkably soft and smooth. A vaporized aluminum membrane rounds out the system, which has a silver surface to reflect energy back toward the foot.
Compound Philosophy: At Baffin we always use premium, high-quality raw materials to produce our various finished compounds for moulded bases and fully moulded boots. Various materials are sourced with the applications for which they will be used in mind.
Safety Certifications: All of Baffin’s safety footwear is designed to perform for the applications in which they are to be used. We ensure that in pursuing CSA, ASTM and CE certifications, that we not only meet the standards but exceed them.
