/19 CAMDEN COUNCIL INVITES

PEOPLE AGED 55+ to our Connection Cafés

Café Connect Camden will be in various locations across the Camden Local Government Area including Mount Annan, Camden, Narellan and Oran Park

starting in September and will provide healthy food options and refreshments.

The Connection Cafés will be a one stop shop providing older people with information about health, services and social connections. Information will

be available in a variety of formats including one on one conversations with service providers, large print, technology and easy read resource

materials. Each café will also invite you to participate in a different activity which will include art, cultural and technology workshops and health and

wellbeing activities.

Connection Cafés and activities offered are free and will run between 10am to 1pm with a set time for each activity program. You can choose to

participate in the activities, then attend the café or come along to the café, meet new people and have a chat with services about what information

you need to know.
