ING ROP Endowment Term Basics
Children’s Term Rider - Term insurance on each insured child - minimum death benefit $2,000 and maximum $10,000. Issue age for children 15 days but less than age 18. Insured parent issue age 18-60. Terminates at the earlier of the insured’s death, age 65 or child’s age 25.
Accidental Death Benefit Rider - Accidental death benefit protection, up to the face amount, to a maximum of $300,000 on any one life. Issue ages 5-60. Rider terminates at age 70
Waiver of Premium Rider (Disability) - In the event of total disability before age 60 and after a six month waiting period, premiums will be waived retroactively from the beginning of the disability. Premiums waived for the duration of total disability. Maximum policy face amount $5,000,000. Issue ages 18-55.
Accelerated Benefit Rider - Automatically included, where approved, no additional charge for this rider unless an Accelerated Benefit is paid. Rider allows prepayment of a portion of the death benefit (up to lesser of 25% of eligible death benefit or $250,000) if the insured is terminally ill (life expectancy of 12 months or less).
Loans - 8% interest rate, payable in arrears (current & guaranteed). Automatic Premium Loan (APL) available

Conversion Rules• The policy may be exchanged for a selected cash value life policy acceptable
to us, without evidence of insurability, on or before the earlier of the end of the level premium period (20, 25, or 30 policy years) or the policy anniversary coinciding with the insured's age 70.
• The exchange will be to the same class, if available, otherwise to the most comparable class available at the time of exchange.
• Converts to any currently offered ING Life Company individual life cash value policy.
Prepayment Account• Premiums for up to 10 years can be prepaid on ING ROP Endowment Term -
30. (Not available in all states.)
