CELEBRATE LOVE AND PROSPERITY AT QUAYSIDE ISLE
Singapore, 15 January 2014 – Welcome the Year of the Horse and celebrate Valentine’s Day
with that special someone at Quayside Isle, one of Singapore’s most scenic and exclusive
locations, with a host of specially crafted delectable gastronomic treats.
USHERING IN THE YEAR OF THE HORSE
For those seeking an international take on the Lunar New Year feast, visit Brussels Sprouts –
Belgian Beer & Mussels for an exclusively created “Belgian” Yu Sheng, featuring a delightful
combination of ingredients such as beetroot, mussel crackers and rollmops, with apple butter
and raspberry vinegar. In commemoration of the Year of the Horse, two special pizzas have
been added to Picotin Express’ mouth-watering menu. Named Guoxia and Lijiang, these pizzas
have been meaningfully named after Chinese horse breeds. The Guoxia pizza is made with
roast duck, plum sauce and water chestnuts, while the Lijiang pizza is topped with Chinese
sausage and spring onions.
For those who prefer traditional Chinese cuisine this Lunar New Year, Blue Lotus – Chinese
Eating House is the eatery of your choice. Spoil yourself and your family or guests with a
variety of classic oriental delights from one of four special set menus starting from S$88++ per
person. Named Happiness, Fortune, Longevity and Prosperity, each menu features its own
assortment of unique, delectable offerings such as Claypot Aubergine with Sea Cucumber and
Spicy Minced Pork Sauce; Foie Gras and Wagyu beef “Sang Choy Bao”; Giant King Prawns with
Five Spice Garlic and Basil Leaves; and Braised Boston Lobster with Leek and Shallots in
Superior Stock. Be it a large group gathering or a cosy reunion, Blue Lotus offers the Prosperity
menu for 10 guests and onwards, while the other three menus are for a minimum of four pax.
PAMPERING THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE
Set in the heart of Sentosa Cove and along the picturesque waterfront, Quayside Isle makes
the perfect intimate setting to impress and remember this Valentine’s Day. For a romantic
meal with an Asian touch, visit Brussels Sprouts – Belgian Beer & Mussels. The menu includes

desserts, each course features an option meant for sharing, such as Rocket Salad with Burrata
and Parma ham; Cote De Boeuf; and Trio of Chocolate, making it the perfect choice for a
romantic dinner for two.
For a fine dining experience, Saint Pierre is definitely worth a visit. Select from either a four-
course (first seating) or seven-course (second seating) meal where you will be pampered with
delicate, yet sumptuous dishes such as Miso Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib with Japanese Coal

The four-course dinner also comes with a complimentary pair of movie tickets to complete
your evening. For a memorable dining experience, explore your creative side at Museo with
that special someone or a spontaneous group of friends who are up for the artistic challenge
to create a masterpiece in 90 minutes. Start your evening with a sumptuous three-course
dinner, concoct your own red or white Sangria cocktail and enjoy the rest of the evening with
social painting where you can unleash your creativity, let your imagination take over and bring
home your masterpieces at the end of the session.
Offering a laid back dining experience, Quayside Fish Bar & Bistro is ideal for a casual date
night, with its themed menu in celebration of love and courtship. Each dish has been uniquely
named, such as Love at First Sight (Homemade Lobster Tofu with Foie Gras Quince) and First
Dance (Wrapped Crispy Potato Cod Bouillabaisse). Couples may choose from either a three or
four-course dinner, which includes a glass of champagne, a choice of coffee or tea, petit fours,
and with complimentary roses for the first 20 couples. The three-course and four-course menu
