Home baptism of Mdm Lim Ai - we rejoice with her family as she was baptised by brother Yeo Hong Ngak (in Cantonese) and Elder Jimmy on 3 March. She (partially blind due to a prior infection) had prayed to receive Jesus as her personal Saviour and Lord and wanted to be baptised.

Pulpit Series 1 (b) on Isaiah 46:1 to - 49:26 in March
The prophecy of Isaiah addressed sinful Judah. They had forsaken the Lord and thus suffered God’s judgment by the Babylonians. In Isa 40-55 (which we are covering for the first half of the year), God spoke to the future of the people of Judah. Despite their sinfulness, God would not abandon them. He wanted them to trust in Him, reminding them of His majestic sovereignty over the world, and His steadfast love and commitment to them. A 2nd & greater exodus is promised through the Servant of the Lord. Isaiah’s message is still relevant today. He calls us to trust and hope in Him for the salvation which His Servant has accomplished and to be ready to depart in the new exodus. Will we listen and obey Him? Do pray for Elders Joshua Quek, Caleb Chua & Dr Philip Satterthwaite as they preach from God's word.
18th Bible Distribution Trip (16-25 Mar) Anhui (Hefei) & Hubei (Wuhan) A team of 16 BFEC members & 1 non-member are embarking on a 10-day trip to visit/meet believers & Christian leaders from the Three Self Patriotic Movement of the Protestant Churches in China under the auspices of UBS. Please pray for: safe journey, good health & team unity. each team member to be blessed & touched by God. Holy Spirit’s wisdom & sensitivity in their speech & actions. their desire to honour God & bring glory to God thro this trip. their presence & interactions with the local Christians will bea blessing to them all.
