Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams allotted 300 acres of land near Alipiri, Tirupathi for S.V.Vedic University for construction of buildings.

The major part of construction work has been completed and in this wake all the departments of the University including Academic Centre and Administrative Buildings have become functionary in place of pleasant landscape, which is replete with heart attracting flora and fauna.

Saradadhama, the cluster of the Academic Buildings which include Brahma Sadanam, Agama Nilayam, Grihya Sadanam and Vidyaranya Nilayam; offer a healthy ambience for students to educate themselves in the lap of this picturesque environment. RAMESWARAM, named fondly in honour of the revered Founder Chancellor, is a majestic and impressive structure housing the stalwarts of administration and the official machinery. The Annapurna Sadanam, a spacious dining hall, adjacent to the students’ hostels buildings; endears itself to one and all.
