Complete RF Solutions: CACI's FIS Product Family program develops, deploys, and maintains foreign instrumentation signals collection, exploitation, and reporting systems for the IC. Our Multi-Intelligence Spatial Temporal (MIST) tool suite delivers more powerful intelligence through tailored, time-sensitive fusion analysis of extremely large amounts of multi-INT data.

Operations Management: CACI supports operations management systems by delivering end-to-end SIGINT capabilities. We are an industry leader in SIGINT collection, processing, and dissemination systems, as well as virtualized signal processing capabilities. For the IC, we develop and manufacture software-defined radio (SDR) systems capable of hosting a variety of SIGINT collection and exploitation applications.

Tactical Integration: CACI supports rapid integration capabilities for networked sensor systems and other technologies in vehicles and platforms. We integrate SIGINT anten-nas and sensors that receive RF signals, and our SDR systems are hosted on land vehicles, aircraft, and ships. We maintain a large sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) that supports middleware development, digital signal processing engineering, and hardware fabrication.

CACI designed and built the Airborne SIGINT pod in support of a U.S. Army program to demonstrate the transition of a ground-based sensor to an airborne platform.

CACI’s Digital Forensics Laboratory (CDFL): CDFL provides services that include case consulting; evidence preservation and collection; computer, mobile device, and audio/video forensics; expert witness testimony; specialized data recovery; and encryption and password recovery. The lab is accredited by the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors/Laboratory Accreditation Board International, a not-for-profit organization and the only accrediting body that focuses completely on laboratories performing testing for criminal justice purposes.

Technical Backbone: CACI's state-of-the-art document processing facility houses our automated processing pipeline. This pipeline controls electronic conversion and processing, scanning of all paper and film types, optical character recognition, video and audio conversion, coding and indexing, forms processing, and database construction and population. Through OMEGA, our secure cloud-hosting repository, case-related users can access, review, and edit scanned and indexed images anywhere, anytime, using a variety of commercial-off-the-shelf and specialty tools as appropriate to their needs.
