The highlight of aqua biking is that it gives you a better silhouette without experiencing any pain. It helps strengthen the lymphatic and venous system and fights against water retention and cellulite. Another positive point to obtain a better shape is that the act of pedalling in water causes a movement of water mass to your buttocks, legs, thighs and lower belly.
