Claus and Lisbet Petersen, owners of Henley Park Wines (established in 1935) are proud to present their property to the market for sale as a full going concern.

Situated in the heart of the Swan Valley, Henley Park Wines produces a superb range of handcrafted wines.

With three separate titles spread across 13.98 acres, 6,500 planted vines and prime frontage on West Swan Road the Petersens produce approximately 70 tonne of grapes per year.

In addition to the land and winery, the sale also includes a cafe, substantial residence and infrastructure and equipment.

With some of the vines dating back to 1895, the Petersen family have continued the art of winemaking as a family tradition, creating premium champagne, table and fortified wines.

The family crush approximately 70 tonne of grapes annually, all handpicked from their 4.45 ha vineyard resulting in a total production of 60,000 bottles of wine including Ports and Methode Champenoise.

Across the range the wine displays intense fruit characters with a soft and fruity palate. This is the result of the sunny mediterranean climate, allowing the fruit to reach full ripening before picking.

Exporting majority of their wine to Denmark, the remainder of their sales are through their cellar door.

Cellar Door & Cafe

The Petersen family open the doors of their winery to the public every weekend (and most public holidays) between 10 am and 5 pm.

Guests are welcome to taste and purchase the range of wines by visiting the cellar door where they can also stay for lunch and enjoy the picturesque setting of the cafe and winery.

Built in the 1970’s the main residence underwent a modern transformation in 2005.
