19 Then Ahimaaz the son of Zadok said, Let me run nowand take the news to the king, how the LORD has avengedhim of his enemies.20 And Joab said to him, You shall not take the news this

day, for you shall take the news another day. But today youshall take no news, because the kings son is dead. 21 ThenJoab said to the Cushite, Go, tell the king what you haveseen. So the Cushite bowed himself to Joab and ran.22 And Ahimaaz the son of Zadok said again to Joab, Butwhatever happens, please let me also run after the

Cushite. So Joab said, Why will you run, my son, since you have nonews ready?

23 But whatever happens, he said, let me run.So he said to him, Run. Then Ahimaaz ran by way of theplain, and outran the Cushite.24 Now David was sitting between the two gates. And the

watchman went up to the roof over the gate, to the wall, lifted his eyes and looked, and there was a man, runningalone. 25 Then the watchman cried out and told the king. And the king said, If he is alone, there is news in hismouth. And he came rapidly and drew near.26 Then the watchman saw anotherman running, and the

watchman called to the gatekeeper and said, There isanotherman, running alone! And the king said, He also brings news.

27 So the watchman said, I think the running of the first islike the running of Ahimaaz the son of Zadok. And the king said, He is a good man, and comes with goodnews.28

So Ahimaaz called out and said to the king, All is well! Then he bowed down with his face to the earth before theking, and said, Blessed be the LORD your God, who hasdelivered up the men who raised their hand against my lordthe king!29 The king said, Is the young man Absalom safe?

Ahimaaz answered, When Joab sent the kings servant andme your servant, I saw a great tumult, but I did not knowwhat it was about.

30 And the king said, Turn aside andstand here. So he turnedaside and stood still.31 Just then the Cushite came, and the Cushite said, There is goodnews, my lord the king! For the LORD has avenged you this day ofall those who rose against you.

32 And the king said to the Cushite, Is the young man Absalomsafe? So the Cushite answered, May the enemies of my lord the king, and all who rise against you to do harm, be like thatyoung man!

    Davids Mourning for Absalom

33 Then the king was deeply moved, and went up to the chamberover the gate, and wept. And as he went, he said thus: O my sonAbsalommy son, my son Absalomif only I had died in yourplace! O Absalom my son, my son!

Our opening text has to do with those who

want to run, both want to run, both are

    capable of running. (Ahimaaz, Cushi)

The point I want to make here is that running

is not enough, you must have the directive or

the message for running. The excitement of

running is not enough in this time of decree

    that we live in.

This is the biblical imperative for havingvision, vision is the ability to see things theway that God sees them. Several weeks ago I

quoted the scripture Without a vision, thepeople perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

The directive or direction becomes theimparted vision from God in this time ofdecree.

    Paul the Apostle version

    1 Corinthians 9:

26-27I don't know about you, but I'm runninghard for the finish line. I'm giving it everything

I've got. No sloppy living for me! I'm staying

alert and in top condition. I'm not going to get

caught napping, telling everyone else all about

it and then missing out myself.

    Reformation and Restoration become

dependent upon the divine directive or the

    vision being God communicated.

Reformation has to do with revelation or

light from God, then the carriers of that light

impart and impact the church. It is the line

upon line, precept upon precept found in

    Isaiah 28 prophetic fulfillment.

Restoration is the bringing back or restoringthat which might have been lost or covered intime space history by disobedience to the

    eternal plan of God.

Restoration and Reformation can only beinitiated by God. Here is the good news, Godhas always used man as a vehicle for thesedivine interventions. He has given them visionor the insight of a god-like preferable future.

For Those Who Run Part 2

Restoration has to do with the rest of thestory,( see the book of Joel) Reformation has todo with change and being changed as the church

age evolves.( see Acts 10, the story of twovisionaries)

What is the time of decree that we are livingin?

How is your vision, are you a visionary personimparting the directive of God to a systemblinded by the gods of this world.

I believe that the time of decree we are

living is comparable to Ezekial the 37th

chapter. While historically it speaks of the

restoration of Israel it also becomes relevant

    to our time.

We too have become very, very dry, and truly

    we are scattered and dispersed.

    Ezekiel 37:4-8 (New International Version)

4 Then he said to me, "Prophesy to these bones and say tothem, 'Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD! 5 This is whatthe Sovereign LORD says to these bones: I will make breath[a]

enter you, and you will come to life.6

I will attachtendons to you and make flesh come upon you and coveryou with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come tolife. Then you will know that I am the LORD.' "

7 So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was

prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and thebones came together, bone to bone. 8 I looked, and tendonsand flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, butthere was no breath in them.

I believe that the time of decree is to call for anorganic unity inside of the Body of Christ. I ampreaching unity, not unity of passivity but the

unity of the church that Jesus established and thesystem He imparted to make the church relevant, functional and powerful.

A time when ego, self aggrandizement, and my

way gets set aside for the vision of the work.We are but a small portion of the entire body butwe are going to embrace this decree. Why?

    Ezekiel 37:9-10 (New International Version)

9 Then he said to me, "Prophesy to thebreath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it,

'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Comefrom the four winds, O breath, and breatheinto these slain, that they may live.' " 10 So Iprophesied as he commanded me, and breathentered them; they came to life and stood upon their feeta vast army.

It is in me to prophesy to the breath of God, butthis is the second prophetic fulfillment. I cantprophesy to the wind until the coming togetherhas occurred.

    Acts 2

    Coming of the Holy Spirit

1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come,

they were all with one accord

    [a]

    in one place.

    2

And suddenly there came a sound from heaven,as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled thewhole house where they were sitting.

Vision is a word used of how we see or what wesee, but you know that we dont see with oureyes we see through our eyes. It is time to go tothe heart of the matter. The realm of the mind isat stake in this generation. I am not concernedabout what the world is doing, I am concernedabout the condition of the church.

The vision of the individual and the church is

currently the battlefield. The fact is you have themind of Christ, but vision can become impairedand eventually lead to blindness if not dealt with.

The warnings of the New Testament inspiritual matters concern how a man sees.Once his mind is deceived then that is the

vision that he imparts. Deception is a weaponwielded by the Master of Deception and theOriginal Rebel called Lucifer or the Devil.

We know that a man can believe a lie bydeception to the place where only a divineintervention of God can turn him around.

For Those Who Run Part 2

The spiritual admonition concerning vision iscrucial in our time. The church at Laodicea andthroughout the Bible are warned of minds being

unclear and confused. A departure from the faithand the system that Jesus by His words left us arethe only answer to the dilemma that we are in.

When we dont allow our minds to be aligned

with God and His word then we open ourselvesup to deception and eventually delusion. It is themystery of Babylon that the Bible warns us about.

7 And these also stagger from wine

and reel from beer:Priests and prophets stagger from beer

    and are befuddled with wine;

    they reel from beer,

    they stagger when seeing visions,

    they stumble when rendering decisions.

Revelation 18:3-4 (New King James Version)

3 For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the

wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth

have committed fornication with her, and the

merchants of the earth have become rich through

    the abundance of her luxury.4

And I heard another voice from heaven saying,Come out of her, my people, lest you share in

her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.

    Proverbs 29:18 (American Standard Version)

18 Where there is no vision, the people cast

off restraint; But he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Wine in prophetic language always represents

the inability because of intoxication to see

clearly. It is the Achilles Heel of this

    generation.

    Revolutionaries or Rebels ?

Many believe that they are revolutionary but

in fact are only rebellious. Group Numbing has occurred because of the

lack of a direction and vision from God.
