4. Government revenue department
gives Royalty receipt only those
suppliers who have their own
quarries. We don’t have any
quarry nearby the work site so
instead of that, royalty receipt we
will submit the bills/ challans from
the suppliers who have their own
quarries.
Submission of royalty receipts paid by the quarry owner will be accepted.
5. As per Tender Clause 5.7.6.5 -
Contractor has to submit a Bank
Guarantee for seven years
equivalent to 1% of tender cost as
a guarantee of waterproofing.
However security deposit of
tenderer is already retained for
period of five years. Hence we
request to waive this condition as
security deposit is with MSPHC.

details, MS Grill is shown to inside

nuisance of dust will be prevented.
But while going through schedule

schedule ‘B’.
Contractor has to make necessary provision of barricading at his own cost. It is not necessary to include the micro level details in the tender documents. Contractor should quote accordingly.
8. As per Item No. 1 in schedule ‘B’
Material obtained from dismantling
of existing structure is to be handed
over to user department. But while
dismantling the structures the
material recovered will in
unserviable form and it will not be
convenient to hand over the same to
user department. Hence we request
to allow to dispose the material at
contractor end & his cost.
All material like Teak wood, M.S. Purling, and M.S sheet recovered from dismantling of existing structure is belongs to Contractor. Equivalent rebate amounting Rs.22,88,669.00 is considered while preparing estimate for these materials.
9. As per schedule ‘B’ Item No. 68
& Item No. 69 Contractor has to
provide aluminum windows two
track & three track upto 1.2 height.
However as per window opening

PART – IV - ADDITIONAL GENERAL CLARIFICATIONS
1) Those who want to refer Estimate of this work prepared by Architect is available to bidders on web site www.msphc.org (RTI Document) under the banner of “Estimate of Administrative Building for S.P. Ahmednagar, at Ahmednahgar” for reference.
The Estimated amount of the project is revised to Rs. 7,53,11,846/- as per the modifications during Prebid.
Estimate provided to bidder is for reference only. Bidder shall prepare his own estimate on the basis of drawings, tender documents and schedule of rates (DSR) for quoting final offer.
No claims will be entitled to bidder on the basis of estimate. The estimate shall not be considered as a part of contract.
2) Please note that, tender quote below 10% of estimated cost will require additional supporting
documents to justify the quotes.
3) It is electronics documents and legally binding on both the parties.
4) The offer of contractor shall be inclusive of Labour Cess at 1%.
5) Use “P” traps instead of “S” traps w/c units wherever applicable.
6) Inspection chamber top level and made up ground level is to maintained at equal levels.
7) Provide health faucet to each Orissa or Indian type water closet and provide Jet spray/Water jet to each European type water closets.
8) Toilet/bathrooms 300 x 600 mm size with two color combination dado shall be provided as per samples approved.
