This is the only Miami-Dade County Public Schools department with personnel authorized to complete the I-20 form, required for an F-1 and M-1 Visa.

Foreign exchange students (J-1 Visa) requesting placement in your school are to be directed to the department of Foreign Records/Student Visas in FASCO for processing. Do not sign the IAPP-66 Form (ACCEPTANCE FORM).

Parents, students or staff with immigration issues are to contact FASCO by calling
