INSTRUCTIONS:
A. FOR FRESH CANDIDATESs
1. The provisionally selected candidates during 2nd counselling shall deposit the requisite fee
amounting to Rs. 24,900- on any day between 27th November, 2020 to 01s* December, 2020 in respective college bank account mentioned in Annexure-I. The candidate is required to send a copy of bank receipt/UTR No./Screenshot of semester fee as deposited online on
college-wise E-mail IDs mentioned in Annexure-I. Presently due to COVID-19 partiaVconcessional fee is being charged from the candidate. Candidates may be required to deposit additional/ balance fee as per the schedule of physical offline classes and decision of the university from time to time. Non deposition of fee by due date i.e. 01
December, 2020 upto 11.59 PM will result in cancellation of claim for admission. 2. The provisionally selected candidates shall have to report to the Dean of the concerned
college physically or in person as and when directed by way of notice on the university website. At the time of physical presence, the candidate/student will obtain a certificate from the Dean regarding document verification as per original documents. Until the verification of original documents the candidature of the student will remain provisional. The list of documents to be produced by the candidate IN ORIGINAL at the time of reporting are as under:
o Confirmed receipt of online fee deposited of the concerned bank (Xerox copy) o Certificate of 10th & 12th Class.
Character Certificate from the Institution last attended. o Certificate of Reserve Category (if any). o Migration Certificate from the respective Board. o Two passport size photographs. o Aadhar Card.
Bonafide Himachali Certificate. Undertaking regarding non participation in ragging as per prescribed format given in the Prospectus.
3. Change of college/degree programme in the subsequent counselling (s) will be allowed only to those candidate who have deposited the requisite semester fee and have submitted the proof of online submission of fee through E-mail (as per point 1). In view of COVID-19, classes shall be conducted through online mode till further orders forwhich the concerned Dean of the college will instruct the candidates about the procedure of online classes.
5. At the time of visiting university/college as per schedule, candidates must ensure the
following SOPs:
a) Face covering: Wearing of face mask is compulsory. b) Social distancing : Candidates must maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet during
the time of registration and document verification. c) Spitting in camnpus: Spitting in campus or public places will be punishable with fine,
as may be prescribed by the State Govt. with laws, rules and regulations. d) Screening & Hygiene: Provision for thermal screening, hand wash or sanitizer will
shall be made at all entry points for candidates.

B. SHIFTING OF COLLEGE/DEGREE PROGRAMME 7 The Candidates who have been re-allotted fresh college degree programme during 2n
counselling as per preference given by him/her in the counselling proforma are not required to submitthe fee again and fee already submitted by such candidates shall be adjusted/transferred to concerned college at the university level.
8 Candidates who have been re-allotted new College /Degree programme during 2nd counselling but wish to retain the college/degree programme allotted during 1t Counselling are required to submit application (Annexure-II) for retention of seat as per 1s counselling to the concerned Dean of the colleges through E-mail on the below E-mail IDs:
