Formulated by Dr. Cindy Schmillen N.D. Ph.D Since 1990Orange Peel is an excellent source of vitamin C. Vitamin C is the primary water-soluble antioxidant in the body, disarming free radicals and preventing damage in the aqueous environment both inside and outside cells. Inside cells, a potential result of free radical damage to DNA is cancer. Especially in areas of the body where cellular turnover is especially rapid, such as the digestive system, preventing DNA mutations translates into preventing cancer. Vitamin C is also vital for the proper function of a healthy immune system, is good for preventing colds and may be helpful in preventing recurrent ear infections. Benefits: Orange Peel contains more tangeretin and nobiletin—flavonoids with anticancer, anti- diabetic, and anti-inflammatory properties. Orange Peel protects against free radicals that can cause cell damage, digestion health, lowers cholesterol, and can helps with sleep, vision health, and immune system.

Spirulina is approximately 70 percent protein. These proteins are biologically complete, which means they provide all eight essential amino acids in the proper ratios, as well as all 10 non-essential ones that support good health. It provides all the required amino acids in a form that is easier to digest than animal protein. Spirulina is also an excellent source of certain other types of essential nutrients such as amino acids, Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), B1, B2, B6, B9 (Folic

Acid), Calcium, Sodium, Chromium, Magnesium, Iron, Potassium, Selenium and Phosphorus. Spirulina has been said to perhaps be the most nutritious food source known to humans. It also promotes the formation of new blood cells and helps maintain healthy skin. Spirulina is often used to treat skin disorders like eczema and psoriasis. There is no family of foods more protective against radiation and environmental pollutants than sea. Benefits: It is highly digestible, protects the immune system, aids in mineral absorption and reduces cholesterol. Spirulina helps heart disease, reducing arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, and depression. Spirulina helps with nerve damage and diseases such as fibromyalgia. It protects the brain and detoxifies the liver and kidneys. It balances pH to reduce inflammation. It increases antioxidant protection, fights free radicals, fights the aging process, curbs appetite and promotes weight loss. Helps create beneficial flora in the digestive tract, while controlling the growth of bacteria and yeast. Spirulina is good for the skin too: it improves age spots, eczema, acne and rashes. It’s good for the eyes as well, helping with glaucoma, cataracts and poor vision. Improves allergies and respiratory.

Alfalfa is a plant which sends its roots down twenty to thirty feet into the ground and brings up the minerals that are not available on the surface. Alfalfa is one of the greatest plants put on this earth. Alfalfa is rich in vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. Alfalfa contains the enzymes that are sufficiently present to help in the digestion of all four classes of foods--proteins, fats, starches and sugars. One of the important vitamins present in the food is Vitamin U, which is also present in raw cabbage and which has been used to treat peptic ulcers. Alfalfa is especially rich in iron, calcium and phosphorus, all necessary for strong, healthy teeth. It has been acclaimed as a diuretic. The high Vitamin K content of Alfalfa helps to clot the blood properly and prevent against hemorrhages. For this reason it is recommended for pregnant women. Alfalfa helps

The high Vitamin A content in the plant is excellent to prevent infection also helps prevent night blindness. Alfalfa is good for high stress jobs and athletes. Benefits: Alfalfa is one of the few vegetable sources of Vitamin D. Benefits: Helps in the management of diabetes reduces blood sugar and improves insulin secretion, aids in improving digestion and assimilation of food, improves kidney function and expels fluid retained in the body as it is a diuretic, fortifies and cleanses blood, treats mild anemia and restores normal hemoglobin levels, reduces risk of heart disease and stroke, lowers cholesterol, decreases intestinal absorption of cholesterol, prevents plaque built up in arteries, softens mature plaques, reduces blood pressure, cleanses the colon, treats kidney and bladder stones, prevents fatigue associated with vitamin, mineral or protein malnutrition, reduces appetite thereby promoting weight loss and it contains high levels of enzymes for food digestion and assimilation.

Lemon Peel guards the health but also fights and destroys the germs and bacteria as a warrior. Lemons are rich in many food ingredients, particularly citric acid. Lemons are widely used in medicine due to their citric acid and Vitamin C content. Lemon is a natural hydrochloric acid and will break down food, kill unwanted bug in the stomach and feed the liver to keep you healthy. Citrus appears to offer the most significant protection

against esophageal, mouth, larynx and pharynx, and stomach cancers. Benefits Lemon Peel pectin has been proven to remove heavy metals, decreases Cholesterol Levels, helps in fighting cancer, helps level blood pressure, improves bone health, boosts stronger immunity and digestion, great for oral health and hygiene, neutralizes free radicals and great for skin.

Beet Root Beet Root is a rich source of natural sugar along with containing Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Iodine, Iron, and Calcium and various other important vitamins and minerals. Beetroot contains various antioxidants that fight and destroy free radicals in the body and help to fight premature aging and to maintain a healthy body and mind. The deep red color is produced by betacyanin and is seen as an anti-cancer agent for colon cancer. Silica is also present which helps to utilize the calcium in the body and strengthens the bones, hair and skin. Benefits: Betaine helps the iver process fat. This can help lower blood pressure. Beet root is good for anemia and naturally cleans the kidneys and gall bladder, reduces the risk of osteoporosis, stabilizes blood sugar, cancer protection, and boosts digestive health, boost stamina, immune support, and radiation protection.

Kale can legitimately be called a superfood. The nutrients in kale can help boost wellbeing and prevent a range of health problems. It contains fiber, antioxidants, calcium, and vitamin K, among others. It is also a good source of vitamin C and iron. The fiber and antioxidants in kale may offer protection against diabetes. Fiber: Studies have shown that a high intake of fiber may lower blood glucose levels in people with

type-1 diabetes. Those with type-2 diabetes may see improved blood sugar, lipids, and insulin levels. Kale contains an antioxidant known as alpha-lipoic acid. Studies suggest that this can help lower glucose levels, increase insulin sensitivity, and prevent oxidative stress-induced changes in patients with diabetes. It may also decrease peripheral neuropathy and autonomic neuropathy in

Increasing potassium intake while decreasing sodium intake is recommended to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD). A high potassium intake is also associated with a reduced risk of stroke, protection against loss of muscle mass, preservation of bone mineral density, and reduction in the formation of kidney stones. For lowering blood pressure, consuming more potassium may be as important as decreasing sodium intake, because potassium dilates the blood vessels. Chlorophyll in kale binds to carcinogens and prevents the body from absorbing them. In this way, it may help limit the risk of cancer. Some research has suggested that a low intake of vitamin K is associated with a higher risk of bone fracture. Kale can give adequate vitamin K because it is important for good health. It helps modify bone matrix proteins, improves calcium absorption, and may reduce the amount of calcium excreted in urine. Kale is high in fiber and water. Both of these help prevent constipation and promote regularity and a healthy digestive tract. It also contains B vitamins, and vitamin C, which promotes iron absorption. These are essential for the release of energy from food.

Non-Active Nutritional Yeast Grown on beets and pure molasses this product literally vacuums all the B- Vitamins out of whatever it is grown on. It is the second highest source of complete protein in nature (50%), and the richest source of B-Vitamins ever found. It is also a rich source of iron and numerous other minerals. It is also naturally low in fat and sodium and is free of sugar, dairy, and gluten. The yeast we choose is heated just high enough to absolutely destroy any yeast activity, but not high enough to lessen the B-Vitamin content. It is totally NON-ACTIVE and safe for any patient with Candida. Benefits: Great source of Vitamin B12 for a vegan’s diet, gluten free, promotes healthy hair, skin, nails and muscle tone. Because of the high levels of B-complex vitamins, it can help humans manage stress levels and aid in cell metabolism. Nutritional yeast is often added to pet foods to help dogs and cats maintain shiny coats and general health. In humans, B vitamins also help support a good metabolic rate, protect against pancreatic cancer and keep skin glowing.
