existing resources within the Nubian Aquifer• 1997-2002 IFAD and CEDARE conducted

concluded socio-economic survey resulting in the Regional Information System (NARIS).

Statutes • Joint Authority established 1989 is now the agreed

authority for implementation of the SAP. • The Shared Aquifer Diagnostic Analysis (SADA)

scientific basis for development of 3D model • 3D groundwater flow model is the established tool• SAP implementation: Address Ecosystem

challenges, Capacity building, Address Legal issues raised in the SWOT.
