• Mission Statement: Underpin Total Force Readiness by

serving as a Training Center and a Support Site for Power

Projection Missions.

• Vision: To be the Premier Total Force Training Center

and Power Projection Installation for America’s Defense

1. Sustain and Modernize Fort McCoy’s Cantonment, Range Complex, Strategic Mobility,

Physical Security, Quality Of Life, and Information Technology Infrastructure.

2. Maintain and Expand Fort McCoy’s Institutional and Transient Training Customer Base.

3. Attract, Retain, and Develop a Competent, Professional Workforce.

4. Increase Fort McCoy’s Military Value Through Efficient Cantonment Facility Management

and Access to Additional Maneuver Space.

• Fort McCoy Army Family Housing (No RCI)

– Current Construction: 113 homes (1998-2017)

– Future Construction: FY19, Seven Home Project approved,

pending funds

• This will bring the total number of housing units to 80% of

current Housing Market Analysis (120 of 132).

– Current wait list of 48 Soldiers with Families

– ACSIM conducted a Housing Market Analysis in May 2017.
