DES CURSUS ÉTUDIÉS POUR RÉPONDRE AUX BESOINS DU MARCHÉ RÉGIONAL Le Master en Management - Programme Grande École est destiné aux étudiants de niveau bac+3 (Bachelor). Les candidats ont le choix entre deux parcours (Liban ou France). Ce programme en 2 ans (M1 et M2) permet de se préparer à exercer de fortes responsabilités dans un environnement économique mondialisé, en perpétuelle mutation.

Le Master in Business Administration (MBA) est un programme international en management pour des jeunes professionnels (minimum 3 ans d’expérience). Il apporte une vision concrète du monde de l’entreprise et de solides connaissances en management de l’entreprise.

Le Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) est un parcours de recherche de haut niveau encadré par des professeurs-chercheurs internationaux. Il s’adresse à des cadres et dirigeants d’entreprise voulant contribuer au développement des théories et pratiques managériales. Ce programme est rattaché au Centre de Recherche, d’Étude et de Développement (CRED) de l’ESA en partenariat avec l’Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Les trois Mastères de Spécialisation sont des programmes à temps partiel adaptés aux contraintes de professionnels en activité permettant un approfondissement des connaissances dans des domaines spécifiques :

• Executive Masters in Financial Management, formation de 16 mois, en partenariat avec Rotterdam School of Management, intégralement dispensée en anglais.

BANKING AND FINANCE QUALIFICATIONS

Banking and Finance Qualifications (BFQ)Most countries with advanced regulatory regimes have set standards and conditions for practitioners in the banking and financial sectors through a qualification system. In line with its strategy to promote and regulate the Lebanese banking and financial sectors, The Central Bank of Lebanon issued on the 9th of March 2006, Circular 103 (amended by intermediate Circulars 202, 245 and 339). This adopted a system of controlled functions for banking and finance practitioners. The Circular identifies a series of qualifications (Banking and Finance Qualifications) that must be passed by these practitioners based on their work functions.

The qualifications offered by ESA are:

• Bank Credit I jointly awarded by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI)

• Bank Credit II jointly awarded by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI)

• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists awarded by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS)

Islamic Finance Qualification (IFQ)The Islamic Finance Qualification (IFQ) is a joint initiative between ESA Business School and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) in London to develop a world-class qualification in Islamic Finance. The IFQ is a ground-breaking qualification that covers Islamic finance from both a technical and Sharia’a perspective, providing the first international benchmark in this field. It provides candidates with an understanding of the influence of Sharia’a in a business context and prepares them to hold key positions in the Islamic finance and Takaful (Islamic insurance) industries.

Healthcare ExpertiseESA is a privileged partner of major healthcare players in Lebanon: Ministry of Public Health, Syndicate of Hospitals, Syndicate of Biologists, pharmaceutical companies, Orders of Physicians, Order of Pharmacists etc.

In 2005, ESA was entrusted with a mission related to the accreditation process of the Lebanese hospitals following a partnership signed between the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health and the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) in France – a public authority that contributes to unity in the health system and the improvement of the quality of care .

Since then, ESA’s activities in the healthcare sector have expanded into 3 axis of development:

• The accreditation process of hospitals and care providers

• The reorganization of blood transfusion with the cooperation of the Établissement Français du Sang (EFS)
