The Forum is an international scientific and practical event with open and direct discussions among participants from public authorities, business, scientific and expert spheres representing countries forming the region. The discussions are dedicated to relevant problems of socio-economic and humanitarian development. FORUM INFORMATIONAL LETTER SAFETY | STABILITY GROWTH Black Sea and Caspian Sea Cooperation Forum Rostov-on-Don, October, 6 2017 The program of the Forum envisages public speeches of key foreign and Russian speakers, as well as holding parallel panel discussions in the framework of the sections in the following subject areas: geostrategic position of the Southern macroregion in the system of regional foresight and the system of hazards containment; new imperatives of regional economic security of the South of Russia in the system of external and internal challenges: from an individual to a society; architecture of regional economic system: localization of production, investments and new growth points; financial circuit of gaining balanced macroregional development and security; “green” economy as a driver for sustainable development: supranational and macroregional aspects; hellenism in the development of the Black Sea-Caspian region: the past and the present; industry 4.0: information technologies, postindustrial economy and a block-chain evolution. Based on the results of the Forum, the Organizational Committee offers to publish research works which are of particular interest, ingenious and have not been published yet. All articles will undergo the peer review process and be published in the proceedings entering the scientometric database of the Russian Science Citation Index. The extended versions of selected works which were presented at the Forum will be reviewed for publication in special sections of internationally recognized journals: “Vestnik of Rostov State University of Economics (RSUE)”, "Financial Research" and "Accounting and Statistics" included in the list of scientific journals reviewed by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation; “European Research Studies” (SCOPUS), an international journal of interdisciplinary researches on issues relating to the European integration. A Forum's registration fee is , which includes the fee for a participant's package and a publication in the 1500 rub. proceedings entering the scientometric database of the Russian Science Citation Index.
