You must: Hold the training record and produce it to your employer,
training organisation or the department, when requested Take it
with you if you change employers The training organisation and
employer must, at intervals of no more than three months, request
the apprentice or trainee to produce, within a reasonable
timeframe, the training record to inspect or record completed
training. Regular checks allow parties the opportunity to discuss
training and ensure the apprentice or trainee is receiving the full
range of work and progressing satisfactorily. Upon completion of
each unit of competency, the training record will be signed by all
parties: The employers signature supports that the apprentice or
trainee is competent in the workplace, industry and company
standards. The apprentice or trainees signature supports that
he/she agrees he/she has the ability to competently perform the
workplace tasks. The training organisations signature supports that
successful completion of off- the-job training in the underpinning
knowledge and skills.

18. Completing assessment tasks All assessment items must be
fully completed. Tests require 100% mark to pass. Assignments must
be marked as satisfactory by your teacher. You will be required to
resubmit any assignments deemed as unsatisfactory. Do not assume
you are complete until you are informed by your teacher that you
have completed all assessment items. This is an online program and
can be accessed from any computer with internet access. You may
need to work on the course in your own time if you cannot complete
required course work during Foundation class time.
