Foundations of Faith Community Nursing Course Learn more about our program at su.edu/fcn Shenandoah University’s Eleanor Wade Custer School of Nursing’s Faith Community Nurse Certificate Program will offer Foundations of Faith Community Nursing in Spring of 2018. This offering is a Hybrid/ Online format. DATES: Running from February to April, 2018. There will be two (2) Face to Face sessions in the beginning of the course (February) and at the finish of the course (April). The rest of the course will be completed Online. COST: $400 includes tuition, materials, pins & breakfast/lunch. TIME: Earn 40 contact hours (CEs) for full participation. The course is based on the 2014 curriculum developed through the Westberg Institute a ministry of the Church Health Center of Memphis Tennessee. This continuing education activity is provided by Shenandoah University, an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Virginia Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
