PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY: makes shawls and lap covers for the sick of our parish and our community and for anyone with a special need. KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS: The 4th degree, St. Katharine Drexel Assembly meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm in the lower level. The regular meeting of the Knights of Columbus is held the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm in the lower level. ST. PARISH OFFICE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S SCHEDULE

The parish office will be closed on Monday, December 25 and Tuesday, December 26. The office will reopen

on Wednesday, December 27 at 8:30 am. The office will also be closed on Monday, January 1, 2018.

NOTE FROM THE PARISH OFFICE…. The last day to submit donations to be included in contributions for 2017 will be Sunday, January 7, 2018. Please mark your donations made after January 1, 2018, with a notation of “Include in 2017” if that is your intention.

A New Opportunity: Christian Conversations, begins January 4 and will continue on the first Thursday

of each month as interest determines. Christian Conversations is a time to discuss faith based topics in an

informal atmosphere for learning and sharing. Our January topic will explore Why Catholic?. February’s will

be Exploring the Seder Dinner. If you are looking for some Christian fellowship, drop in at the Church

Conference Room at 10:30 am, January 4th and join the conversation.

Feast of the Holy Family –December 30-31, 2017 resume regular Sunday schedule

Feast of the Solemnity of Mary- Monday, January 1, 2018 at 9 am

Since the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God (January 1, 2018) falls on a

Monday in this coming year, the obligation to attend Mass is lifted. However,

the rank of Solemnity and the importance of this liturgical day in the life of

the Catholic Faithful is not set aside.

ATTENTION EUCHARISTIC ADORATION ADORERS

Eucharistic Adoration will be closed all next week and will resume on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 12:30 pm.
