In the Jura region, Fromagerie PERRIN VERMOT manufactures and matures AOC and organic cheeses and cheese specialities in the traditional way.
Edel de Cléron: a unique tasteAs the creator and sole producer of Edel de Cléron, Jean Perrin maintains manufacturing in the purest traditions of the Franche-Comté. Manufactured using pasteurised milk produced in Franche-Comté, produced in traditional tanks, encased in a spruce-wood hoop from Franche-Comté trees and cellar-matured. There are 4 formats of Edel de Cléron:100 g, 200 g, 500 g and 2 kg.

in 18 different flavours, all made without artificial flavourings. Varieties offered as whole cheeses, portions or slices for ease of use.
n With 30% of the French market, the Fromagerie Jean Perrin is the leading producer of Morbier, cheese made with unpasteurised milk covered by an Appellation d’Origine Protégée.
n Val de Lou, fromage frais made with pasteurised cows’ milk, is available in 100 g packs in 8 original flavours with seasonings and fruits. It is as good an accompaniment to a salad, a main meal or a dessert.
n Mild and creamy, le Fromager des Clarines, cheese made with pasteurised milk, can be prepared in hot or cold dishes.

The Cooperative Pâturages comtois manufacture every year over 35 million liters milk into soft cheeses (surfaces mould, surface smear and mixes) also cooked cheeses (Emmental grand Cru, Gruyere) and Metton for process cheese.
