The Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques have given great importance to the small and medium enterprises sector in light of the vision of the Kingdom 2030, which aims to support those wishing to invest in the franchise system. The vision indicated that the franchise system is an important opportunity to launch entrepreneurial projects and promote small and medium projects which calls for the establishment of a legislative, cultural and economic structure for its growth.

This section aims to provide training courses and workshops to educate small and medium-sized enterprises and their owners on topics related to franchising, marketing, accounting and others aimed at increasing the awareness of owners of small and medium enterprises about how to manage their business.

This section aims to gather consultancy and legal offices to provide instant advice to visitors in the field of franchising.

The aim of this section is to link existing and potential SMEs with the government and finance entities who will provide their governmental and financing services.The government agencies in this section provide services that facilitate the process and procedures for both existing and potential SMEs to establish a commercial institution such as issuing a commercial registration certificate and taking the necessary permits to open a new branch along with many other governmental services.
