A few months after finishing the All-In one bedroom, I rented a tiny efficiency studio, where I had to create even more spaces in almost the same amount of space. Which I enjoy doing.

By using scale appropriate furniture, I was able to create distinct spaces in this small studio, and by using wall decals, frames, images and personal belongings I was able to put my stamp on this rental.

This residential project, which I designed for Arcnomim Constructora is in the process of being built in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Its called “Residencial Serenity” and the site plan consists of 10 four and three level apartment buildings, as well as parking and recreational areas. This 968 square feet apartment hasthree bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, laundry area, dining room, living room and balcony.

In the recreational area there is a pool, a park, a gazebo for activities and parties and also a playground for children. Many gardens were designed as well throughout the site plan.

Its called “Residencial Allegro” and this project includes over 1,100 apartment units, as well as parking and recreational areas. Floor plan A is a two bedroom with 538 square feet, apartment B has three bedrooms with 704 square feet and apartment C has three bedrooms and two baths with 861 square feet.

The recreational area has a running/walking circuit, bbq areas, basketball court, a park, two gazebos for activities and parties and also a playground for children. Many gardens were designed as well throughout the site plan.
