Introduction For this Midterm Project, the Production Manager is Jose Agramonte, and the Designer is Luis Ortega Bravo. As Production Manager, Jose will first need to create a schedule for the designer. Then he needs Request for Proposal (RFP) for the job. He will also need to create a Map, and an image log. In fact, he will figure out the methods of production for the Designer by determining the specifications that is required for the job. Luis Ortega Bravo is the Designer, and he is designing the advertising for the prod-uct by creating ideas and being creative and productive. In order to effectively promote the product. At the same time, the designer has to follow the given schedule, so that the production of the ads will meet the deadline before the 31th of October.
So for this product, we will be doing it on a movie named “Frankenweenie”. Since, the movie came out recently, and it is a Tim Burton film. We figured that this was great moment for promoting the movie. We also discuss about the different ways of promoting ads for Frankenweenie. For example MTA subway Ads, Billboards, CBS outdoors Ads, T-shirts, Tablet Ads, Websites, and Ads for the web. We started the proj-ect by getting images and doing research to create the bases of promoting Franken-weenie. Within this booklet, we show the process of our Design and Management for the production of the Frankenweenie’s Ads.

conclusion In the end, we enjoyed the midterm project and we learned a lot from each other. We also learned how difficult it can be to work as team. As production manager, I learned that it hard for the designer to design effective pieces of work to promote the product but at the same, they must be meeting and following the schedule before the deadline. Also I needed time to make sure that he is using the correct specifications for the job. The hardest part of being product manager was telling the designer what I needed from him and what I expected from his design job.
As a Designer, I learned how difficult it is to be a production manager. The prod-uct manager first needs to create an RFP and Schedule. He also needs a Map, and an image log, to show how the final product will look like. As a designer, the hardest part was being organized with my ideas and files. While designing, I needed to be produc-tive and creative at the same time because I was following the schedule and I needed to meet the deadline. In the end, it was great that we work together as a team because we are both on point. And we understood the process that it took to produce our final pieces of work.
