Each phase of your mailing is controlled with our QC checklist system. This process begins in prepress and a separate checklist is created for each production area involved in the job.
There may be as many as 19 such checklists created for an individual job.

Turnaround Times
• We provide exceptionally fast turn times due to the fact that wemaintain excess capacity by design. We operate with zero backlog.
• Our facility in Memphis is virtually a mirror image of the Baton Rougefacility. It operates under the same principal, with excess capacityavailable.
• We do not accept commodity printing
• We print exclusively with UV inks to eliminate drying time
• Over 99% on-time delivery
• There are no additional charges for rush jobs.
Cost Saving Techniques
Standard operating procedures include:
• List hygiene – NCOA and Address Resolution Service (ARS) toeliminate records that are undeliverable and to correct records that are otherwise undeliverable as addressed.
• Drop Shipping – We automatically drop ship your mail where appropriate to provide you with a greater postal discount.
• Mail tracking to determine if your first class mail can be converted tostandard mail in some instances.
• Review of mailing design to determine if a slightly different format could reduce printing costs.
• Purchase of paper in rail car loads to reduce paper costs.
