SUELO TÉCNICO ELEVADO INTERIOREl suelo técnico elevado (STE), es un sistema que nace bajo la necesidad de ocultar el gran número de instalaciones que aparecen en las zonas de

trabajo, salas técnicas y otros lugares donde existen una gran densidad de cableados, tuberías y conducciones de todo tipo. La combinación producida

entre estos elementos del STE contribuirá de manera decisiva tanto en aspecto como en acústica, características frente al fuego, resistencia mecánica y

características eléctricas del sistema.

El STE contiene una serie de ventajas, como por ejemplo, una correcta estética de la sala gracias a que todo tipo de instalaciones quedan ocultas bajo el

pavimento, portabilidad del sistema en caso de cambio de oficinas, fácil acceso a las instalaciones con la utilización de ventosas, permite el intercambio

de piezas de una forma sencilla, cambio de lugar y disminución o incremento de los puestos de trabajos, etc.

INTERIOR RAISED ACCESS FLOORRaised access floors (RAF) were designed to conceal the numerous networks that are often found in work areas, plant rooms and other rooms that are

cluttered up with leads, pipes and other ducts. Thanks to the combined features of a RAF, not only does it make significant visual improvements to a room,

but it also offers advantages in aspects such as sound and electrical insulation, and fire and mechanical resistance.

RAFs offer a series of benefits, such as the positive aesthetic impact they make by concealing networks of all kinds under the floor. The floor system can

also be moved if the office relocates, and easy access can be gained to underfloor networks, using suction pads. Tiles can swiftly be replaced or moved

PLANCHER TECHNIQUE SURÉLEVÉ POUR INTÉRIEURLe plancher technique surélevé (PTS) est un système qui fait son apparition pour répondre au besoin de dissimuler le nombre sans cesse croissant

PAVIMENTO TECNICO SOPRAELEVATO DA INTERNIIl pavimento tecnico sopraelevato (PTS) è un sistema nato dall’esigenza di celare il gran numero di impianti necessari nelle zone di lavoro, nelle strutture

tecniche e in altri siti in cui è presente una grande concentrazione di cablaggi, di tubazioni e di condutture di ogni tipo. La combinazione tra questi

elementi del PTS contribuisce in modo decisivo ad ottenere ottimi risultati in termini di aspetto estetico, acustica, resistenza al fuoco, resistenza meccanica

e caratteristiche elettriche del sistema.

Il PTS presenta una serie di vantaggi, ad esempio l’estetica della sala grazie al fatto che tutti gli impianti restano celati sotto il pavimento, la portabilità

del sistema in caso di trasloco, la facilità di accesso agli impianti per mezzo dell’impiego di ventose, la possibilità riassetto delle postazioni di lavori, di

sostituire facilmente i pezzi, ecc.


SUELO TÉCNICO ELEVADO EXTERIOREl pavimento elevado de exteriores (STEx), es un sistema de solado destinado a terrazas y cubiertas de bajo tránsito peatonal. Este sistema se utiliza para

mejora la estética de terrazas y cubiertas ya que desaparecen, de la vista del cliente, las pendientes que conducen el agua de lluvia al desagüe.

El drenaje del agua se produce a través de las juntas del pavimento, que quedan abiertas, y por las pendientes correctamente impermeabilizadas hasta

el sumidero. El plenum que se crea al elevar el suelo nos permite crear una cámara de aire que produce una ventilación constante por las juntas entre

baldosas sirviendo la misma para evitar condensaciones, por lo que actúa como aislamiento térmico. También nos permite conducir instalaciones que

quedan ocultas bajo el pavimento.

Este sistema se adapta a las necesidades de cada cliente, por lo que BUTECH adapta el STE exteriores a las particularidades de cada terraza o cubierta,

variando el formato de las piezas o altura final del sistema.

EXTERIOR RAISED ACCESS FLOORExterior raised access floors (exterior RAFs) are designed for use on terraces and rooftops subject to low pedestrian traffic. The system is used to enhance

terraces and rooftops visually, because slopes down to drains are concealed under the floor.

Water drains through the joints in the tiles, which are kept unfilled, and then down properly waterproofed slopes to the drain hole. The plenum under the

floor creates an air cavity that ensures constant ventilation through the joints between the tiles. This also avoids condensation, providing thermal insulation.

Networks can also be concealed under the floor.

The system can be adjusted to meet the requirements of each individual client and BUTECH adapts the exterior RAF to fit in with the specific circumstances

of each terrace or rooftop, varying the format of the tiles or final height of the system.

PLANCHER TECHNIQUE SURÉLEVÉ POUR L’EXTÉRIEURLe plancher technique surélevé pour l’extérieur (PTSx) est un système de plancher destiné aux terrasses et aux toitures planes à faible trafic piétonnier. Ce

système est utilisé pour améliorer l’esthétique des terrasses et des toitures planes car il fait disparaître de la vue du client les pentes qui évacuent l’eau de

pluie vers l’écoulement.

Le drainage de l’eau jusqu’au conduit d’écoulement s’effectue à travers les joints du revêtement du sol, qui sont ouverts, et par les pentes correctement

imperméabilisées. Le plénum qui est créé en surélevant le plancher permet d’aménager un vide qui assure une ventilation constante à travers les joints

entre les carreaux, ce qui évite les phénomènes de condensation, le système agissant de ce fait comme un isolant thermique. Il permet par ailleurs d’y

loger les réseaux de câblages et autres tuyauteries, qui sont ainsi dissimulés sous le revêtement.

PAVIMENTO TECNICO SOPRAELEVATO DA ESTERNIIl pavimento sopraelevato da esterni (PTSest) è un sistema di pavimentazione destinato a terrazze e coperture soggette a basso traffico pedonale. Questo

sistema si usa per migliorare l’estetica di terrazze e coperture, in quanto si celano alla vista le pendenze che portano l’acqua piovana allo scarico.

Il drenaggio dell’acqua si effettua attraverso i giunti del pavimento, che restano aperti, e dalle pendenze correttamente impermeabilizzate fino al canale

di scarico. L’intercapedine che si crea rialzando il pavimento consente di creare una camera d’aria con una ventilazione costante tramite i giunti tra

le piastrelle che serve ad evitare condensazioni, perciò funge da isolamento termico. Permette anche di condurre impianti che restano celati sotto il

pavimento.

Questo sistema si adegua alle esigenze di ogni cliente, infatti BUTECH adatta il PTS da esterni alle particolarità di ogni terrazza o copertura, variando il

formato dei pezzi o l’altezza finale del sistema.

GEOTERMIATodas las grandes empresas se han marcado metas de ahorro energético. La coyuntura actual con la continua subida de la electricidad y de los

combustibles fósiles hace imprescindible implementar medidas de eficiencia energética. La geotermia es un sistema de climatización renovable que

encaja perfectamente en esta idea. Utiliza la temperatura constante del subsuelo como fuente de energía para climatizar mediante los mismos sistemas de

distribución convencionales. Es el único sistema de climatización que aglutina, calefacción, refrigeración y calentamiento de agua, sea sanitaria o de una

piscina. Los ahorros energéticos rondan el 50 % respecto a los sistemas tradicionales, no emite gases ni olores, mantenimiento reducido, mayor vida útil

de la instalación y bajo nivel acústico. Cumple con el HE 4 del CTE por lo que no es necesaria la instalación de las placas solares, no necesita de sistema

de apoyo y todos sus componentes están enterrados por lo que el impacto visual es nulo. Al ser sistemas cerrados no existe ningún riesgo de Legionella.

GEOTHERMAL ENERGYAll big companies have set themselves energy saving targets. Given the current situation, with continuous price rises in electricity and fossil fuels, it is

essential to introduce measures to ensure energy efficiency. Geothermal energy is a renewable cooling and heating system that fits in perfectly with this

philosophy. It takes advantage of the constant temperature of the subsoil as a source of energy to heat or cool rooms using conventional distribution

systems. It is the only system of this kind that provides heating and air conditioning, as well as heating water for domestic requirements or swimming

pools. It ensures energy savings of about 50% in comparison with conventional systems, emitting no gases or odours, requiring little maintenance, and

making little noise. The installed system also has a longer useful life. It complies with HE 4 of the Spanish Building Code, thus not requiring the installation

of solar panels. It does not need a backup system and all the components are buried so that it makes no visual impact. Because these are closed systems,

there is no risk of legionnaire’s disease. Geothermal systems are 30-40% subsidized by Spain’s different regional governments and by the Institute for

Energy Diversification and Savings (IDAE). Thanks to the energy savings that the system offers, its lower maintenance costs and subsidized price, the

invested capital can be recovered in just a few years.

GÉOTHERMIEToutes les grandes entreprises se fixent des objectifs d’économies d’énergie. La conjoncture actuelle, avec une augmentation continue des prix de

l’électricité et des combustibles fossiles, rend impératif d’implanter des mesures d’efficacité énergétique. La géothermie est un système de production

d’énergie renouvelable pour la climatisation qui épouse parfaitement cette idée. Elle met à profit la température constante du sous-sol comme source

d’énergie pour climatiser les bâtiments en utilisant les systèmes de distribution conventionnels. Il s’agit du seul système de climatisation qui assure en

même temps le chauffage du bâtiment, sa réfrigération et le chauffage de l’eau, qu’il s’agisse d’eau chaude sanitaire ou destinée à une piscine. Les

économies d’énergie sont de l’ordre de 50 % par rapport aux systèmes traditionnels, le système n’émet ni gaz ni odeurs, sa maintenance est réduite, la

vie utile de l’installation est prolongée et son niveau sonore est faible. Il satisfait aux exigences HE 4 du Code Technique espagnol du Bâtiment et dispense

par conséquent de l’installation de panneaux solaires. Il ne nécessite aucun système d’appoint et tous ses composants se trouvent sous terre, son impact

visuel étant dès lors nul. Puisqu’il s’agit d’un système fermé, il ne présente aucun risque de propagation de la légionellose. Les installations de géothermie

sont subventionnées par les différentes communautés autonomes espagnoles et par l’IDAE pour entre 30 et 40% de leur coût. L’investissement s’amortit

sur quelques années grâce aux économies d’énergie réalisées, au moindre coût de maintenance et aux subventions.

GEOTERMIATutte le grandi aziende si sono poste obiettivi di risparmio energetico. La congiuntura attuale, con il continuo rincaro del prezzo dell’elettricità e

dei combustibili fossili, rende indispensabile l’implementazione di misure volte a migliorare l’efficienza energetica. La geotermia è un sistema di

climatizzazione rinnovabile perfettamente rispondente a questa idea. La temperatura costante del sottosuolo viene utilizzata quale fonte di energia per

climatizzare tramite gli stessi sistemi di distribuzione convenzionali. È l’unico sistema di climatizzazione che abbina il riscaldamento, il raffreddamento

e il riscaldamento dell’acqua, sia sanitaria che di una piscina. Il risparmio energetico è circa del 50% rispetto ai sistemi tradizionali, non emette gas né

odori, richiede una manutenzione ridotta, l’impianto ha una vita utile più lunga e un basso livello acustico. È conforme al punto HE 4 del Codice Tecnico

dell’Edilizia (CTE) della Spagna perciò non è necessaria l’installazione dei pannelli solari, non richiede un sistema integrativo e tutti i componenti sono

sotterrati per cui l’impatto visivo è nullo. Trattandosi di sistemi chiusi, non esiste alcun rischio di Legionella. Gli impianti di geotermia sono sovvenzionati

dalle Regioni e dall’Istituto per la Diversificazione e il Risparmio energetico (IDAE) per il 30 - 40%. Grazie al risparmio energetico, al minore costo della

manutenzione e alla sovvenzione, l’investimento si può ammortizzare entro pochi anni.
