On the first Saturday in December, K-DOCK92.9 FM, in partnership with First Student BusCompany, Bi-Mart, the Department of HumanServices, Coos Bay/North Bend and BandonRotary and The World and Bandon WesternWorld newspapers broadcast for five hours,rain or shine, to encourage residents to make adonation to Bus Jam. This is the 13th year ofthe event, and the second year in Bandon. Itwill take place Saturday, Dec. 7.A Bandon School District bus will be parked

at the Bandon Shopping Center and USCellular employees, along with Bandon Rotaryand Bandon High School Interact club mem-bers will accept donations of new, unwrappedtoys and new clothes for children of all agesand non-perishable food from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.Donation boxes also are in various businesses

throughout Bandon, including US Cellular andBandon Western World. Other locations willbe announced soon.
