setting.

Now get ready to expand your

mind and create your own abstract sculpture

Sand down rough edges of block with sandpaper.

Write name on bottom of block with permanent

marker.

Bend coat-hanger into a shape that will become your

abstract form.

BE CREATIVE!!!

Use a small dot of wood glue to secure the coat-hanger into the

block.

Stretch knee-high

over the coat-

hanger to create a form.

Coat the sculpture in liquid starch with a sponge brush

several times.

Choose an abstract theme

and title for your piece, then paint the

sculptures to represent the abstract idea.
