College Hour: Opening Kick-off Festival welcome week

Featuring information and music from famous Jewish musicians, interactive games, information about Judaism, Judaism and LGBTQ, and write your name in Hebrew. Time: 12 noon–1 p.m.Location: Campus Center Dining Room (Room 2201)

A Taste of Jewish Food: welcome week Try falafel and learn

about Jewish foods from around the world and Jewish organizations that fight hunger globally. Make a donation to Masbia, a nonprofit soup kitchen network and food pantry. Masbia feeds hungry people while providing free, wholesome, and delicious meals for people in a restaurant style environment. Complimentary refreshments. Time: 12 noon–1 p.m.Location: Campus Center Dining Room (Room 2201)

College Hour: Krav Maga Instructor David Kadosh will teach

people how to defend themselves using the Israeli martial art of Krav Maga. Time: 12 noon – 1 p.m.Location: Toyon Room, Campus Center (Room 2020)

Little White Lie: Film about growing up biracial in a Jewish community

A Bechol Lashon representative will present a multicultural view of the Jewish people and help unpack the politics of race in America. Attendees will learn how to to navigate different cultural spaces and explore identity and diversity in Judaism. A question and answer session will follow the film screening. Time: 12 noon – 3 p.m.Location: Hearthside Lounge, Campus Center (Room 2313)

American Red Cross: Blood Drive Help save lives by

donating blood to the American Red Cross and discover what it means to do a mitzvah - an act of human kindness! Learn about the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, a Jewish organization dedicated to ending pediatric AIDS around the world. Time: 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Location: Hearthside Lounge, Campus Center (Room 2313)

Closing Ceremony: Music Festival! Lior Ben-Hur brings
