CLOUGHANEELY BAND FUNDRAISEROur Annual Sale of Work will be held on Sunday 20th November at 2pm in Gortahork Hall and would be grateful for your help and support. The cost of running the band is very diffi cult and the fi nancial commitment is increasing each year. It cost over €37,000 last year to keep this band on the road. So the Sale of work is a major fundraiser for us and is a vital source of income in helping us every year. If anybody has any unwanted clothes, toys, bric a brac, books that you would like to donate or any home bakers that would like to donate baking they would greatly appreciate them, items can be brought to the Gortahork hall during band practice on Thursdays from 7-9pm or else to the hall as it will be opened 2-4pm on Saturday 19th November. We ask everybody to get the word out to all families and friends, grandparents and aunts and uncles as the sale of work is a great benefi t to the running of the band and is one of our main fundraisers every year and we want to make it a successful event. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all most sincerely for all your support and hope we make this a successful year for all band members and committee.
