Pack all your items in a Box.Pack all of your DVDs, CDs, Games & Electronics in a cardboard box. It is very important to pack all of your items into as few boxes as possible. Try and fit all of your items in ONE box, this will help us to process your order and send your payment more quickly.Don't forget to include the cases and all the original artwork, as we can't accept your items without them.

Print your FREE Shipping Label(s) for each box that youare sending to us. We have provided a FREE Shipping Label for your box you’ll besending us. If you’re sending us more boxes then you will needto download and print a new unique label for each additional box.

If you can’t print and need more labels sent to you by mail, pleaseemail inquiries@decluttr.com and include your Order Number andthe number of labels that you need.

To print more labels: Sign in to your account at Decluttr.comand go to your “Order History.” Find the Order Number that youneed new labels for, and click “Print additional labels.” This linkwill create a unique label for your new box, and if you have evenmore boxes, just repeat this step so that you have a newindividual label with a unique barcode for every box you wantto send us.

Remember each Shipping Label is unique, and can only be used on one box. DO NOT use the same label for multiple boxes.

Securely tape your FREE Shipping Label(s) to the outside of your box(es).Just tape the Shipping Label(s) to the outside of your box(es) sothat the ENTIRE label is visible. Please do not place the label overany seams or closures on the package, make sure there are noother shipping or tracking labels attached to your box and that youdo NOT cover the barcode.

Place your “Item List” inside the boxCheck off the items on your “Item List” as you pack your box to make sure you don’t forget any. Then, place your “Item List” into the box before sealing it.

Tape the box securelySeal your box with tape so that there are no holes for your items to fall out.

Drop off your package to one of the thousands of UPS Shipping Locations across the United States.Send your items using a United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping location. To make sending your items even easier, we have included a Shipping Guide on the next page of this Welcome Pack, as well as the details of your 5 nearest UPS shipping locations based on your zip code.

After you have sent your items to us...We’ll email you to let you know when your items reach ourwarehouse, we’ll check to make sure that your DVDs, CDs,Games & Electronics are in good condition & then we’ll issueyour payment.
