Hand Lay-Ups A single foot contains up to 100 layers of carbon fiber, each placed by hand and oriented to provide the desired flex, energy return and strength characteristics.

Hand Assembly Final assembly is completed with the human touch, using minimal bolts and fasteners to keep products lightweight, durable and dynamic.

Precision MachineryAfter curing under heat, individual feet are precision cut from the mold using a mix of CnC and water jet technology.

Relentless Testing A combination of laboratory and user testing ensures products are meeting strict quality and performance standards.

Precision Manufacturing Our knees are manufactured using precise machining processes to create a strong and durable frame.

Micrometer measuring for integrityAll critical dimensions are verified using precision micrometer measuring tools.

Testing each part used in our knee goes through a rigorous testing protocol to ensure optimal performance. The parts are tested for attributes such as water resistance, load to failure and compliance with key specifications.

Human Testing In addition to carefully designed engineering and manufacturing processes, we enlist the people whose opinions count the most. each knee is walk tested by an amputee before it ships to the customer.

Calibration The very sensitive moment and position sensors used in our knee arecalibrated to ensure the accurate measurements required for optimal function.
