Location The property is located at the junction of Standing Way
(A421) and Saxon Street (B4034) in the Netherfield area
of Milton Keynes, approximately one mile to the south of
Central Milton Keynes, 4.5 miles from the M1 (J14). The
site is situated on the busy A421, the main road running
east to west from J13 of the M1 to Buckingham, bisecting
the A5 on route.
The surrounding area is predominantly residential. Milton
Keynes Hospital is located directly to the north and there
are various hospital related uses in the surrounding area.
The Netherfield Local Centre is located within a few
minutes walk to the east of the site.
Description The site extends to a total area of approximately 1.28
hectares (3.15 acres). The property comprises ground and
first floor former office accommodation, car parking and
previously undeveloped gardens. Existing access to the site
is taken off Cripps Lodge, via Saxon Street.

There is potential to create an access directly from
Standing Way (A421). In addition, there may be an
