FRENCH RIVIERA RATED MOST DESIRABLELOCATION FOR THE SUPER-RICH

The Cte dAzur has ranked as the worlds top prime residential area that

attracts ultra-high-net-worth individuals, according to a recent study.

The study in question, theCandy GPS Report, identified over 60 locations that

were the most attractive to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs),

considered to be those with more than $30m in assets by private wealth expertsWealth-X.

After the Riviera, Italys Costa Smeraldacame second, St. Bartswas third,

Aspenin the US was fourth and Monacowas fifth. Switzerlandwas featured

three times in the top 20 with St Moritz, GstaadandVerbier, and

Courcheval, one of Frances most exclusive ski resorts, made nineteenth

place.
