French Summer Camp 2014 At Ecole Napoléon French Immersion School The Summer Camp at École Napoleon is the ideal way for your children to fully immerge in the French language, and to improve their abilities through daily lessons and a variety of motivating activities 100% in French. With 2h learning French classes every day and French indoor and outdoor learning activities for the rest of the day, sports or excursions in the afternoon, our camps provide a fantastic teaching/learning method which blends fun activities and relaxing moments with real French instructors. - Location We are located on 55 Danforth Avenue, facing the Brodview’s Subway station and 2 minutes driving distance from the Don Valley Parkway. We are also at the entrance of the Riverdale Park who is divided in half by the Don River. The park's east side, accessed by Broadview Avenue, contains two baseball diamonds, three playing fields, swimming pool, ... and 10 minutes walking to the Riverdale farm. - Age and level Our Summer camp is designed for non-native French-speakers and for children who are in French Immersion during the school year. Our camp is designed for children aged 5 - 15 years and for all French levels. - Academic Program The students have French classes every day for 2 hours. The kids are placed in the appropriate class by level and age. Courses are given either in the morning from 9 :30 to 11 :30 Am or in the afternoon from 2 to 4 Pm. (10 hrs per week total). The number of students per class is kept to a maximum of 9, and children are thus provided with ideal learning conditions. Teachers participate actively in the classes and monitor the work of individual students very closely, provide them with special assistance, and help them with study methods and organization. A detailed scholastic report is sent to the family at the end of the session

French Immersion School

The Summer Camp at École Napoleon is the ideal way for your children to fully immerge in the French language, and to improve their abilities through daily lessons and a variety of motivating activities 100% in French. With 2h learning French classes every day and French indoor and outdoor learning activities for the rest of the day, sports or excursions in the afternoon, our camps provide a fantastic teaching/learning method which blends fun activities and relaxing moments with real French instructors.

- Location

- Sports, Relaxation, and Activities:

The School’s ideal location allows students to take full advantage of the outdoors, and children are offered daily a wide range of sports at Riverdale Park and in our location , each of which is taught by a specialized instructor. Sports activities include:

Soccer, basketball , mini-golf, modern dance and jazz, kite-flying, swimming-pool, baseball, badminton, ping-pong, and more!

Many non-sports activities are also provided, such as : board games, French videos, outdoor games, theatre, art, sculpting, grafts and more.

Trips and Excursions:

Educational and cultural trips are organized for students, who are accompanied by their teachers. These trips include : visit to the farm, castles, museums, and parks. The cultural trips will be planned/ scheduled at the end of June. These activities are included in the camp fee.

PRICES � 2 sessions are available. The Price : 330$ /session (week) � If you register more than one child you will have a family Discount of :

15% for the second child.

in clear print, and include a non-refundable $100 deposit.

FINAL PAYMENT : The balance is payable the first day when the session begins. The total price, minus the deposit, will be refunded in the event of cancellation no later than 1 weeks before the beginning of the session.

• The balance should be paid to L’École Napoléon on the first Day of the camp.

• Placement is only guaranteed with a non-refundable $100 deposit or full payment.

• If the school does not receive the cheque 4 days before the starting day of the course, then the balance due will have to be paid in cash.

• In the event of irregular attendance or interruption of the courses on the student’s part, no reduction in price is applied.
