Venue (column headings) (determined by location rather than department or program responsible)
Barton County Campus – all classes held on the Barton county campus or other location not listed below
BARTonline Web Classes – all classes conducted through the BartOnline web site
EduKan Web Classes – all classes conducted through the EduKan web site
Fort Leavenworth Campus – all classes held on the Fort Leavenworth campus
Fort Riley Campus – all classes held on the Ft. Riley or Grandview Plaza campus
Total – all classes Credit Hours
The total number of credits taken at each venue during the year. Enrollments
The total number of student for-credit enrollments at each venue during the year. FTE – Full time equivalency
The total number of credits taken at each venue, divided by 30. Unduplicated Headcount
The unduplicated count of for-credit students at each venue during the year. The sum of the various venue columns will not equal the Total column because students may be taking classes in more than one venue.
Classification (as of the Fall term or first term enrolled in year if not enrolled in the Fall)
Freshman – A student with less than 30 credit hours total
Sophomore – A student with between 30 and 64 credit hours total
Special – A student with more than 64 credit hours total Residency (as of the Fall term or first term enrolled in year if not enrolled in the Fall)
Barton County – A student whose legal residence is in Barton county
Service Area (excluding Barton) – A student whose legal residence is in Ellsworth, Pawnee, Rice, Rush, Rusell, or Stafford county
Other Kansas Counties –A student whose legal residence is in a Kansas county not listed above
Out-State/Foreign – A student whose legal address is outside the state of Kansas Student Type (as of the Fall term or first term enrolled in year if not enrolled in the Fall)
First-time, First-year – A student attending any institution for the first time at the undergraduate level. Includes students enrolled in the fall term who attended college for the first time in the prior
summer term. Also includes students who entered with advanced standing (college credits earned
before graduation from high school). Continuing – A student enrolled in a term after their first-time, first-year. High School – A high school student enrolled in college level undergraduate classes. Transfer - A student entering the institution for the first time but known to have previously
attended a post-secondary institution at the same level (e.g., undergraduate). The student may transfer with or without credit.
Time Status (as of the Fall term or Spring, then Summer term if not enrolled in the Fall)
Full Time – A student taking at least 12 credit hours in a term. Part Time – A student taking less than 12 credit hours in a term.
