1-40-1000-001 Client Site Access – Data Collection, Alerts, Reports

All data from FreshLoc monitoring is stored in the FreshLoc Cloud and continuously monitor for compliance. When temperatures move out of a pre-set range, FreshLoc Alerts are sent via pager, text message, or email. The parameters for these alerts are customizable to client needs. User-defined time and temperature set points determine when an alert is sent, the number of alerts sent, and how the urgency of the issue is escalated. Monitoring is automatic and continuous for all sensors in the system. Measurements are taken twice a minute, and data is backed up at the customer site on each sensor and stored indefinitely in the FreshLoc Cloud. Time and temperature reports from each sensor are emailed on a defined schedule or displayed on an as- needed basis on a workstation or mobile device.

Features Easy to Manage—The user interface for configuration of alerting and monitoring is clear and easy to understand.

Reliable 24/7 Coverage—Alerts from FreshLoc give users peace of mind—at work, at home, and on the road.

Audit Reports—Continuous monitoring creates an archive of regularly scheduled reports—hourly, daily, weekly, or on any other schedule the user requires. Corrective Actions are easy to log from mobile devices or desktop browser.

Data Fits Standard Applications—Reports can be printed in several formats, or downloaded and used in standard spreadsheet applications. There are more than 30 reports styles.

Ethernet IEEE 802.3 10/100 Base-T

1-30-6000-001 FreshNet Reader

FreshNetTM Readers are multi-mode devices unique in that they have three levels of functionality: Ethernet Gateway Reader, Wi-Fi Reader, or an Auto-Extender Mesh Reader. They self-configure as either a gateway or extender. Readers aggregate data from the 900 MHz environmental sensor network and pass it to secure servers in the FreshLoc Cloud via the client’s network infrastructure. FreshNetTM Readers extend the range of Ethernet Gateway connections by using an ultra-secure meshing scheme that interconnects all Readers within range. They are self-forming and self healing as they extend blanket-like coverage. The entire system is designed for reliability and meets hospital standards for security and consistent operation.

Features Easy Installation—FreshNetTM Readers are plug-and-play and have a self-forming, self-healing mesh that requires no configuration. In a FreshNet network, multiple gateways coupled with Auto Extender Readers provide remarkable redundancy and fault tolerance.

Compliant—The Readers are compliant with FCC/IC/CE and hospital standards. FreshLoc communications from its wireless temperature sensors to the reader is in the 900 MHz FM band and is designed to be non-interfering with other technologies found in hospitals. No PC or Server Required- FreshNetTM Readers eliminate the need for any PC or server because they can be configured to pass data directly to the secure Cloud where all data is managed and archived. There is no need for additional IT resources at your facility.

Long Range – The readers can receive data from sensors hundreds of feet away facilitating site planning and deployment. Broad Coverage – FreshNetTM Readers facilitate the expansion of coverage area as each new reader interconnects and extends the range of all other readers. FreshNetTM is a wireless, proprietary access network whose Auto Extender nodes and access is known only to other FreshNetTM nodes. FreshNetTM is designed to be highly robust but to use small fast packets for minimal use of the wireless signaling space.

1-20-1000-003 Temperature Logger Internal – Room Temperature

FreshLoc® Ambient Sensors are miniature devices with a

unique RFID serial number. They accurately measure

temperature and continually send information to the

FreshLoc® system. The sensors are Loggers and save up to 83

hours of data on the sensor in case of building power failure

or network outage.

Features Easy Installation—The sensors are wireless, can be placed most anywhere, and are secured easily with adhesive strips, hanging clips, or hooks. In most cases, installation can be completed without disrupting normal business operations.

Long Range—Signals from the sensors can be received up to 300 feet line-of-sight; within a building, the range is typically 150 feet. Obstructions such as walls and floors may reduce effective range.
