• CSIP GOAL STATEMENT
North High school will seek to improve the reading skills of all students in an effort to increase the level of learning in all grades across all content areas.
Specific areas of focus for 2008-09• Increase the reading proficiency of students as measured by the WKCE and MAP assessments• Decrease the number of 9th grade students reading below grade level• Decreasing the achievement gap between students by accelerating the learning of the following sub-groups: o Economically Disadvantaged o ELL o Males o Minority Students o Students with Disabilities

What If Something Comes Up During the Summer About
Scheduling? Counselors may not have extra free hours
during the summer –new students only Counselors May Not Answer Questions
