We extend a warm wel- come to two families that have recently joined our community … Ezra & Jill Zucker and family have relocated from Yerushalayim. Ezra started an international currency exchange company and is a certified anti-money laundering officer(!), while Jill is a mom to their six children, Noach (16), Lyla (15), Shai (14), Maya (10), Ella (7) and Moshe (4). They love the outdoors, especially skiing, and they eat sushi and Mexican food on Shabbos. Felicia Gorelik has just arrived from Brooklyn with her son Aryeh (age 6) and will soon be joined by husband William. Felicia is a teacher and Will is a software developer. Rabbi Yaakov Weinberg zt”l, grandfather

of our own Ayala Shoshan. One of the first

American-born gedolim, Rabbi Weinberg

was a “rebbe’s rebbe” who made a pro-

found impact and made Torah come alive

and accessible to communities

around the world.

On Tuesday, May 7th, Rabbi Berel Wein

addressed a large crowd on the topic of what

binds us together throughout the exiles.

It was a beautiful night celebrating Lauren’s

Library during which many people learned

more about the lending library, heard words

of tribute, and were inspired by this

legendary speaker.
