CROSS COUNTRY: Congratulations to our girls cross country team who
earned first place finishes in both varsity and junior
varsity at last night’s Mukwonago Invitational. Leading
the way for Oconomowoc were Marlie Houston with a
first place finish, Maddie Lee earning 4th and Julia
Anderson, Caroline Noskowiak and Emma Grace Bero
earning respective 7th 10th and 11th place finishes.

GSA AND ALICE=PAUL
COLD WEATHER CLOTHES DRIVE: 20 to 40 percent of youth experiencing homelessness
self-identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender.
This October, Oconomowoc’s GSA and Alice=Paul are
helping kids in our nearby communities stay warm by
participating in a clothes drive. Please look for the
collection bins throughout the school to donate your
new or gently used cold weather items. Thank you!

1st term Parent/Teacher Conferences for the High
School are scheduled for
Wednesday, October 7 from 4:30 – 7:00 pm
Conferences will be held in the Field House. Progress Reports will not be available
at conferences. Please use Family Access through our school website to print your
student’s progress report before coming to conferences.
Parents may see a teacher on a first come/first serve basis. Each conference is
scheduled to last five (5) minutes. We ask all parents to adhere to this time limit,
and if a longer time is needed, please schedule a conference with your student’s
teacher at a different time. Students are welcome to accompany their parents.

DELTA EPSILON PHI:
Delta Epsilon Phi, OHS German National Honor Society, will be hosting
second annual Oktober KINDERFEST (Name changed from Kinder
Oktoberfest). We will take advantage of our GAPP partners, 27 exchange
students from sister school in Offenburg Germany, to host carnival
on Oconomowoc Village Green, on Halloween day, SATURDAY, OCTOBER
31, from 12 to 4 pm. Foods and beverages will be available for purchase
to parents, while children can enjoy free activities.
