Philosophy
During my days as a Sky TV customer service rep I learnt a very important lesson!
When there is a problem people don’t like to feel isolated that they are the only one with the same problem. So what I used to do was always say “Oh I have had that problem already today” Immediately their attitude would change. So today I use this mantra dealing with my users.
