ORBITAL – from an idea to a final product
In these days hot water has become an indispensable good in the modern world.
In the last decade the researches showed, that only enamelled boilers suit all the hygienic and medical standards.
Galvanized boilers are practically everywhere removed from sales because of zinc (Zn).
There have been rumours for quite some years, that stainless steel boilers are not so innocent because they contain chrome and nickel, and beside that they are very expensive.
Of course the interior of the boiler must be done faultless to satisfy the highest standards.

What is the procedure of enamelling? n The welded boilers are at first degreased and dried
n Then the surface is roughened with sandblasting
n Sandblasting is followed by enamelling, which can be done by wet or dry procedure
n Boilers are moved to other line, where they are prewarmed, driedenamelled and cooled down
When preparing a project, we have to consider the following inputs:
The design of the product, openings, sizes
Working principle (manual, automatic)
Daily and yearly quantities of the products
Enamelling technology (dry; wet)
Considering these inputs we determine the appropriate manipulation mode, which is then followed by construction of whole enamelling line and the construction of the surface treatment machine.
Usually the first thing done is the design documentation and the 3D model, we check the separate tacts of the machine, and we adjust the interacting activities of the whole line.
How to achieve a perfectly prepared surface for enamelling?
When designing the project, we have to consider the following inputs – demands, such as: design of the product, working principle, daily quantity of the products, the demanded result
Then we have to choose the main components.
After that a 3D model and the technical documentation is done.
The production and testing of the components in the production line.
Testing of the drives.
Tests of the machine with all types of work pieces.
Confirmation of the tests.
Preparation of the parts for painting.
The assembly of the machine
Execution of the working test
Connection of all components
Setting of the parameters
Preparation for transport to the final location
The Orbital machine is made up of two main parts:
The lowr part, which is hidden in the foundation pit
the upper part, which is on the surface
Simultaneous handling of four workpieces
The machine is working constantly, even during the changing of the workpieces.
Simple and reliable machine.
There is no need for additional handling
Easy to change the type of the work piece.
Additional knowledge is not necessary.
Workpieces, which are in the blast machine, must be of the same size.
The sliding doors are builtin. They enable easy loading and unloading.
The doors are opened before and after finished blasting.
An electric control box for controlling all movements is installed in the blast machine.
The electric control box has builtin safety switches, START and STOP switches, counter for handled boilers and various warning information.
The machine is connected to the filter recycling unit type CENTRO, which is used for suction and filtration of polluted air from the blast cabinet.

In front of machine there is a safety barrier which ensures that worker is not present in dangerous area.
