The 150mm water main levels have been established on site and been added to the drawing. The location currently shown was the latest agreed on, as the pipe was found to be not nearly as deep in the ground as expected. RL’s between architectural and Civil drawings have been coordinated and checked. Plant selection on Landscaping drawings has been changed to suit Council requirements, notes to protect existing tree have been added. Unfortunately the work done by Ergon was out of our control. The landscape architect suggest for the councils arborist to inspect the damage done by ergons excavation and to advise on best treatment to ensure the trees survival. Please let us know if there are any further issues. We are hoping to achieve operational works approval as soon as possible to keep construction timelines on track. 5. RELEVANT STANDARDSTHE CONTRACTOR SHALL UNDERTAKE ALL PRICINGAND WORKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENTINDUSTRY BEST PRACTICE AND ALL RELEVANTAUSTRALIAN STANDARDS, FNQROC, AND THE PORTDOUGLAS SHIRE PLANNING SCHEME.
