Chairman: Mr. Khalil Al–ZeinMr. Al–ZeinReceived his diploma (1980) in polytechnic engineering from Leningrad University, Faculty of Engineering. He accumulated more than thirty years of experience in multidisciplinary fields.Mr. Al–Zein has worked locally and internationally on the design and execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services for wide range of applications ranging from health care facilities, cultural facilities, schools, special care schools, commercial facilities, hotels, and Industrial applications.International experience covered Qatar, Algeria, Turkmenistan, and Malibu (Africa), in addition to his renowned experience in Lebanon.
Mr. Al–Zein started his carrier as a Development Engineer at MEA (Middle East Airlines) in Beirut, Lebanon for two years, and then joined the LAAS in Toulouse, France as researcher. Later, he returned to Beirut, Lebanon to be in charge of the site maintenance department in MEA for more than ten years.Mr. Al–Zein’ dedication, commitment, and professional managerial skills enabled him to establish EME (Lebanon), an Electro–Mechanical contracting company, and to be its Managing Director until present time. After twelve years of successful history, EME expanded to Qatar and Algeria.
Currently, driven by his ambition toward success and expansion, Mr. Al–Zein established, along with Mr. Ahmad Badran, Mr. Malaz Janbeih, and Mr. Hussein Shahine, MEES Offshore and he currently holds the position of Chairman. MEES Offshore was founded to merge the elaborate skills of its members and to provide better manageability of international projects. Surely, MEES Offshore will be the holding company for the expected growth in the future not only to execute projects but also to ensure the highest quality of the service.
CEO: Mr. Ahmad BadranMr. Badran Received his diploma (1997) in electromechanical and energetic engineering from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Engineering. He accumulated more than fifteen years of experience in multidisciplinary fields.Mr. Badran has worked locally and internationally on the design and execution of the MEP services for a wide range of applications including health care facilities, schools, industries, commercial and residential buildings and hotels.Internationally, Mr. Badran executed projects, in UAE, Yemen, Congo (Africa), Ghana (Africa), which added to his highly local experience in Lebanon.Mr. Badran started his carrier as BMS engineer in EME (Lebanon), and he was then quickly promoted to the position of Project Engineer. Later, regarding his great capabilities, he was put in charge the mechanical department at EME.In year 2000, Mr. Badran established his own Electro–Mechanical contracting company under the name MEES, International where he is currently the managing director.

Recently Mr. Badran and Mr. Khalil Al–Zein joined their efforts and founded MEES Offshore in order to expand toward international markets. He currently holds the position of the CEO of MEES Offshore.
Board Member: Mr. Malaz JanbeihReceived his diploma (1998) in mechanical engineering from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Engineering. He accumulated more than fourteen years of experience.Mr. Janbeih also worked locally and internationally on the project execution management, quality control and assurance for a wide range of application including refrigeration rooms. He also successfully managed and executed projects internationally such as in Saudi Arabia and UAE.Mr. Janbeih started his carrier in ISSACO (Lebanon), a prominent contracting company; later, he joined the team of EME (Lebanon) where he showed his great capabilities and excellent work as a site engineer. In 2001, Mr. Janbeih joined AL–ALWAN Company in Saudi Arabia. In 2003, he established his own company in UAE under the name of AL NAHDA.Recently, Mr. Janbeih joined the team Mr. Khalil Al–Zein and Mr. Ahmad Badran to establish MEES Offshore where he is currently a board member. His contribution to MEES Offshore will be notable regarding his skills and abilities.
