With the 2019 construction season coming to an end, I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every employee and just as importantly, their families they leave each day to come to work. This industry is very demanding and without the continued support from the home, success for both the employee and the employer would not be possible.
Special congratulations to the following people who will be receiving their years of service recogni-tion with the Frattalone Team at the Holiday Party in January:
10 Years: Pat Botten, Taylor Frattalone, David Kaiser, Justin Timm
20 Years: Mike Ahlberg, Josh Dickhausesn, Kory Kunza, Paul Pearson, Merlin Stokes
25 Years: Brad Kelley & Dan Sebesta
30 Years: Steve Kohler
35 Years: Tommy Frattalone
40 Years: Tony Frattalone
Retirement: Brent Romanowski Let’s stay focused and safe as we finish up this construction season. Wishing you all a Happy & Healthy Holiday Season! Tony Frattalone ~ COO

Bren Road Senior and Family Housing, a 558-unit pro-
ject in Minnetonka allowed us to showcase our full
range of capabilities. This project kicked off with exca-
vation/retaining wall work in the winter of 2018-2019
followed by the demolition of a 65,000 square foot of-
fice building early in the spring. Later, after the rem-
nants of winter went away, the project hit high gear
with the full-on construction of three separate apart-
ment buildings and site amenities.
An unusual feature of the 9.4-acre site is that each
building requires completely different types of structur-
al foundations. One building is on conventional spread
footings, the second on pipe piling and the third on ag-
gregate piers. The compact site also features installation
of three different types of storm water containment and
filtration systems. Besides working through one of the
wettest year’s on record, the complexity of the project
has been a good challenge for our team. We strongly
appreciate the hard work and dedication our team has
shown on this project.
The project team has been led by Todd Olund and Tom Larson for the earthwork and demolition activities. The site utilities have been led by Pat Skelly and Charlie Jewett. The estimators were David Nelson and Erik Paulson, with Thomas Kinmounth as project manager.
